December 2017 – Car Park Barrier Smashes Through Drivers Window

A driver has told how a barrier smashed his car windscreen as he drove through a council car park.

Graham Arlington, 48, from Milton Street North, Northampton, said the incident happened in the town’s Mayorhold car park.

Northampton Borough Council said it was investigating.
